Kristin is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and RYT-200 specializing in Vinyasa Yoga, high intensity bootcamps, Pilates mat and TRX. She loves the energy fueled by a group dynamic and keeps classes challenging and invigorating by introducing the most effective training methods and bringing unfounded enthusiasm and personal experience to every class.
Kristin's passion for the nutrition side of health and fitness developed through her own journey with training and competing. In 2015 she introduced nutrition and weight loss consulting to her work through The Diet Doc, the reputable, science driven practice that guides and supports people to sustainable weight loss. Knowledge is power and Kristin encourages clients to find their best selves through the love of health and movement!
When she isn't dishing out high intensity workouts or getting blissed out in the yoga studio you can find her experimenting with nutritious ingredients in the kitchen and sharing her finds on self awareness and growth
